01How we work

Three ways to get help — pick whatever fits your day

01

Pick-up

Book a collection slot and we come to you, take the machine back to the bench, and return it when it's done and tested.

Best for
Laptops, desktops, anything you'd rather not unplug yourself

02

Remote

For software faults we connect to your screen over a secure, one-time session — you watch the whole thing and it's often fixed within the hour.

Best for
Viruses, slow PCs, email, new-device setup, quick questions

03

On-site

We work at your home or office when the problem is the room, not just the box — cabling, Wi-Fi coverage, printers, shared drives.

Best for
Home networks and small-business setups across the Inland Empire

03The process

What actually happens after you get in touch

  1. 1

    Tell us what's wrong

Book online, call, or send a message. Describe the symptoms in your own words — no jargon needed.

  2. 2

    Free diagnostic

We find the actual cause, not the easy guess, and put a fixed price in writing.

  3. 3

    You approve the quote

Nothing happens until you say yes. Decide not to go ahead? The diagnostic is still free.

  4. 4

    We fix and test

Repaired at component level where it's worth it, then stress-tested before it leaves the bench.

  5. 5

    Back to you

Collected, delivered or handed over — with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.

04The workshop

This is where your machine actually goes

No back room, no runner taking it to a third party. Every repair is done in our Loma Linda workshop, by the technician who quoted it.

  • Anti-static bench, proper tools, the right replacement parts in stock
  • Photos of the fault sent to you before we quote
  • Your machine stored in a locked area the whole time it's with us

08Common questions

The things people ask before booking

Still unsure about something? Call, message on WhatsApp, or send a note and we'll give you a straight answer — no obligation.

Ask a question
  • How much does a repair cost?

Every job starts with a free diagnostic and a fixed written quote — you approve the price before we touch anything. As a rough guide, most laptop and desktop repairs land between $80 and $250 including parts. Data recovery and network projects are quoted after assessment.

  • How long will it take?

Most laptop and desktop repairs are back with you within 24 to 72 hours. Simple jobs like a battery or RAM upgrade are often same-day. Data recovery typically takes 3 to 7 days depending on the failure. We give you a realistic timeframe with the quote.

  • What if you can't fix it?

Then you don't pay for the repair. Our no fix, no fee policy covers the labor — if we can't solve the problem, the diagnostic is still free. Data recovery works the same way: no data back, no charge.

  • Is my data safe while you have my machine?

Yes. We don't browse your files, machines are kept in a locked area, and we can sign an NDA for business work. If a repair risks your data we tell you first and back up what we can before starting.

  • Do you come to me, or do I bring it in?

Whichever suits you. Bring it to the Loma Linda shop, book a pick-up and we collect it, or have us come on-site for network and business work. Many software problems we can fix the same hour over a secure remote session.

  • Which areas do you cover?

Loma Linda, Redlands, San Bernardino, Colton, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Fontana, Yucaipa and Temecula. Remote support is available anywhere.

  • Do you work on Macs as well as PCs?

Yes — we repair and support both Windows PCs and Macs, along with Chromebooks and most Linux setups.
